Returns & Exchanges

We understand that shopping online comes with its perils, so if you are not entirely happy with your purchase please don't hesitate to contact us : )

We currently accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt of goods (any returns will be refunded at the purchase price). We have to limit exchanges to the same style and purchase price in a different size or colour. This is for ease of processing.

Returned items must be in their original condition. It goes without saying that any items returned must be clean, unworn and in their original packaging. Any items that are not suitable for re-sale will unfortunately not be refunded and will be returned to the customer.

How to return/exchange an item

1. Send an email to info@tillwecover.com with your

ORDER NUMBER

STYLE NUMBER + SIZE

REASON FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE 

2. We will email you a returns form and the return address

3. Once you have received this then please pack your item with its original packaging inside the till we cover mail bag provided- It has a second self adhesive strip for you to use to return items with ease

    4. Take the parcel to your local post office or use a suitable courier and send it back to the address provided. We advise tracked returns for your own piece of mind

    Please remember that the financial responsibility for the return is yours until it reaches us. When choosing a shipper, we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments. Customers must keep track of their own parcel to ensure it reaches us. Once we receive your package, please allow up to 7 days for processing, you will receive an email notification when your refund exchange has been processed. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

    International Returns

    International customers are to use the same method of returning as per above instructions. Till we cover will not refund any charges/tax you may incur when returning items.

    International customers need to ensure they declare their goods as returns. When the goods are not declared as returns a fee is charged at till we cover’s expense which will then be deducted from the refund amount.
